As many of you have experienced, COVID-19 is bringing challenges that could never have been predicted. At AWES, we are working to find solutions to ensure our development and training continues to reach all of our partners and clients. For the Guided Pathways: Integrating Essential Skills research project in particular, we are creating a plan to offer our workshop training sessions online rather than face to face. In fact, Career Development Practitioners indicated they wanted more options for online training in the recent survey we conducted. This gives us the opportunity to meet that need. Please stay tuned for more updates as we work with instructional design experts to develop engaging online training.
In the meantime, we are excited to share with you some of the findings from the CDP Survey that was conducted last fall in infographic below.
