Westcoast Reader |
The Westcoast Reader is a newspaper and online resource for adult learners. Its purpose is to help you develop reading and language skills through articles about living in British Columbia and Canada. It also serves as an introduction to Canadian daily newspapers. The newspapers are available by subscription only, but some articles are available to use freely. Articles include comprehension questions and the option of audio at a normal reading pace and a slower reading pace. The Best of the Reader is a compilation of past newspapers of the Westcoast reader that include stories, recipes, and puzzles. Back issues are from 1982-2009.
